Jammu: Home Minister Distributes Job Letters to Fallen Jawans’ Kin | Kashmir Life





   

SRINAGAR: Union Home Minister Amit Shah distributed compassionate appointment letters to the next of kin of jawans who laid down their lives in service to the nation and interacted with their families at a function held at Lok Bhawan.

The Home Minister handed over appointment letters to family members of fallen soldiers as a mark of the government’s commitment to support and honour the sacrifices made by security personnel. Shah also spent time interacting with the families, acknowledging their courage and contribution to the nation.

Later, Amit Shah held a meeting with BJP office bearers of Jammu and Kashmir, including Members of Parliament and MLAs, during which he reviewed organisational matters and ongoing political activities in the Union Territory.

Addressing the party leaders, Shah urged them to ensure that welfare schemes and development initiatives launched by the Narendra Modi-led government effectively reach the grassroots. He also stressed the need for strengthening and expanding the party’s organisational structure across Jammu and Kashmir.

Reiterating the BJP’s commitment, the Home Minister said the party will continue to work relentlessly to realise the vision of a “Viksit Jammu and  Kashmir and Secure Jammu Kashmir.”

Meanwhile, Shah is scheduled to chair a high-level meeting on Saturday to review development projects in the Union Territory. The meeting will be attended by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, and senior officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Jammu and Kashmir administration.
