Govt Biotech Jobs: NIT Agartala ICMR Role
The NIT Agartala ICMR job involves supporting research activities related to prodigiosin production under the ICMR project, including process development in bioreactors and evaluation of nanoparticle-based prodigiosin therapies for triple-negative breast cancer cell lines. This Govt Biotech Jobs role will work under the supervision of Dr. Biswanath Bhunia, Assistant Professor, Department of Bioengineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in research activities related to prodigiosin production.
- Support purification processes and nanoparticle preparation.
- Collaborate with the principal investigator on project-related tasks.
- Participate in data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation of research reports and publications.
Eligibility for NIT Agartala ICMR Job
- Three years graduate degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Food Science and Technology, Genetic Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or allied life sciences + PG in the same, OR
- Four years Graduate degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology & Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biosciences and Bioengineering, Food Engineering/Technology, and allied.
Required Skills
- Knowledge in computational and experimental fields related to the project.
- Publications in SCI/SCIE/Scopus are desirable.
Emolument
Rs. 28,000/- + HRA for the first two years & increment @5% on initial emoluments after every two years, subject to performance review.
