Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate II at ICON, the selected candidate will manage clinical trial sites and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting Site Qualification Visits (SQV), Site Initiation Visits (SIV), Monitoring Visits (MV), and Close-Out Visits (COV), while ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and maintaining patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Site Qualification Visits (SQV), Site Initiation Visits (SIV), Monitoring Visits (MV), and Close-Out Visits (COV).
  • Ensure ICH-GCP compliance, protocol adherence, and patient safety.
  • Perform clinical data review, query resolution, and data validation.
  • Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and sponsors.
  • Support clinical trial documentation, including protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSR).
  • Maintain data integrity and audit readiness.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years of CRA experience.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% (domestic & international).
