Role Responsibilities Of Clinical Job

- Operational Support: Coordinate documentation and communications, manage shared mailboxes, and track action items for diverse clinical functions like Data Management and Medical Writing.
- Document Management: Responsible for the creation, formatting, version control, and Quality Control (QC) of essential trial documents.
- TMF Compliance: Manage Trial Master File (TMF) filing to ensure all documentation is “inspection-ready” at all times.
- Tech-Forward Execution: Utilize AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and automated reports to provide analytical and logistical support.
- Timeline Tracking: Reconcile information in clinical tracking systems and monitor project milestones to prevent delays.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project hours and budgeted effort, escalating any discrepancies to functional leads or line managers.
