Jain Talent app launched to facilitate jobs, talent


Jain Talent Bridge (JTB), a platform that brings job seekers, employers, and freelancers together on a completely free and reliable platform, launched its mobile application on Sunday. Within just six months of its launch, JTB has connected over 480 talents from more than 13 cities. The JTB initiative aims at creating trust-based links between talent and opportunities while promoting inclusive and value-driven hiring practices.
The launch event was attended by several industry leaders, professionals, and community representatives, including Himanshu Shah, Prakash Sanghvi, Vaibhav Shah, CA Jainik Vakil, Jignesh Shah, Ashit Shah, Deval Shah, Indresh Vora, and others, reflecting strong support for the initiative.
 Through the mobile app, employers, employees, and freelancers can connect according to their needs. Along with fulfilling professional requirements, the platform also promotes ethical values of the Jain community and aims to bring transparency and social responsibility to the recruitment process, contributing to long-term economic growth in India and abroad.
