Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Law from recognized university / institute.

• Candidate must have certificate of enrolment as Advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961.

• Desirable: (a) Post Graduate Degree in Law from recognized university / institute.

• The candidate possessing LL.B. must have 04-year post qualification experience, in the legal field, with working experience in Government Sector Organizations; OR The candidate possessing Post Graduate Degree in Law must have 03-year post qualification experience, in the legal field, with working experience in Government Sector Organizations.
