Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview
Preliminary Examination: Objective type with two papers (Qualifying in nature)
Paper I: General Studies – 100 questions of 200 marks, Duration: 2 hours
Paper II: General Aptitude Test (CSAT) – 80 questions of 200 marks, Duration: 2 hours
Negative Marking: 1/3 marks deducted for each wrong answer
Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will be eligible for main examination
Main Examination: Written examination with multiple papers on various subjects
Interview/Personality Test: Qualified candidates from main examination will be called
Final selection based on combined marks of main examination and interview
Merit list will be prepared category-wise
Selected candidates will be appointed subject to document verification and medical fitness
