Bilaspur: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has taken a significant step towards making its hiring process more transparent and professional by signing an agreement with EdCIL (India) Limited.
SECL, the large coal-producing company, and EdCIL, a Mini-Ratna central public sector enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Education, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together on recruitment for various job posts within SECL.

The partnership aims to ensure that all hiring procedures are carried out in a transparent, efficient, and professional manner. EdCIL is expected to bring its expertise in conducting large-scale examinations and selection processes.
The MoU signing ceremony took place with Shri Biranchi Das, Director (Human Resources), SECL, in attendance. Shri S. Parida, General Manager (HR/MP), signed the agreement on behalf of SECL, while Shri U. S. Gaikwad, General Manager, signed for EdCIL.
