The facility is expected to generate over 1,600 new jobs and will serve as a strategic delivery hub for clients across Brazil and the wider Latin American region.

This is among the largest investments made by TCS in Latin America to date.

The inauguration ceremony was held at Palácio Iguaçu in the presence of Carlos Roberto Massa Júnior (Ratinho Júnior), Governor of the State of Paraná, and Bruno Rocha, Country Head, TCS Brazil.

Calling the investment transformational for the region, Governor Ratinho Júnior said the project would help position Paraná as a major IT services hub in Brazil, supported by strong public education, extensive university networks, and early-stage training in programming and artificial intelligence.

Rocha said the new campus would reinforce TCS’ long-standing presence in Brazil and strengthen its ability to support digital transformation initiatives across Latin America.

“Once ready, the state-of-the-art facility will represent a future ready innovation hub designed to enable digital transformation for clients, contribute to the region’s sustainable growth and offer best-in-class job opportunities for local talent,” Rocha said.

TCS has a portfolio of over 200 clients in the region across industries such as banking, insurance, mining, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and telecom; making Brazil a strategic market for the IT services giant. It is also one of the top employers in the country for 10 consecutive years.

TCS currently employs around 2,500 professionals in Londrina, operating out of three leased facilities. The new TCS-owned campus, spread across 9,000 square metres, will comprise three newly constructed buildings and is designed to meet LEED Gold certification standards. It will enable consolidation of the existing workforce while providing capacity for future hiring.

The facility will focus on next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and ERP solutions, and will support workforce upskilling across platforms including Google, AWS, SAP and Microsoft.

As part of its broader AI-led growth strategy, TCS has also launched AI labs in its Londrina offices and rolled out its global tcsAI Fridays initiative to accelerate AI adoption and foster an AI-first culture.

In September 2025, TCS opened its first Pace Port in São Paulo, aimed at helping enterprises in Brazil and Latin America leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies for business transformation.
