The employee count has risen from over 14,000 reported in November 2025, with personnel distributed across major cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, and Jaipur.

Salesforce has also committed over USD 10 million to social causes in the region, with employees contributing more than 600,000 hours to volunteer work.

The company supports over 850 non-profits through its commercial offerings and aims to skill 100,000 individuals in artificial intelligence (AI) by the end of 2026.

In addition to workforce expansion, Salesforce launched Agentforce voice in Hindi, aimed at providing more natural and inclusive AI-powered customer experiences across India.

Bhattacharya indicated that efforts are underway to extend this service to other Indian languages in the coming months. Furthermore, Tata Realty has been signed as a new client for the Agentforce platform, which is designed to enhance customer service and real-time intelligence, reducing response times from days to eight hours.
