Essential Qualification
Four year Bachelor’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/ Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification
Candidates having educational background in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences with minimum one year experience in setting up experiments and analysis in antimicrobial resistance research, handling of clinical strains, carrying out molecular biology, molecular microbiology techniques, protein expression, purification and characterization, phenotypic and genotypic characterization of clinical strains etc, handling and working experience with Gram negative clinical strains and BSL-2 lab will be an added advantage.
Monthly Emoluments
- Rs. 37,000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship or GATE) or (b) A selection process through national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
- For others who do not fall under above, ₹30,000/- + HRA.
