The Yogi government of UP will provide government jobs to about two lakh youth in the election year 2026 before the Assembly elections-2027. This includes recruitments announced in 2025 as well as upcoming recruitments.

Therefore, efforts have been initiated to issue recruitment advertisements for vacant positions through UP Public Service Commission, UP Subordinate Services Selection Commission, UP Education Services Selection Commission, and UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. The maximum recruitments will be in the police and education departments.

CM Yogi Adityanath recently held a high-level meeting regarding recruitments in the state. In this, all departments were directed to send requisitions for vacant posts to the concerned recruitment board or commission.

Initial investigation revealed that advertisements for recruitment to about one and a half lakh new posts will be issued in the coming time. Also, more than 20 thousand pending recruitments will be completed.
